Terms of Service

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms apply when you use CREATRA, a curated marketplace where businesses find and contact approved AI creators. CREATRA is in public beta, so features may change. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

CREATRA is operated by CREATRA (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at our support team (see the Support page).

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use CREATRA for a business, you confirm you can act for it.
  • Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Each account is either a creator account or a business account.

3. Creator approval

Creator profiles are published only after a curator approves the application. Approval is at our discretion, and we may decline, pause or remove a profile, for example if work isn't the creator's own or these terms are broken.

4. Jobs, proposals and working together

  • CREATRA helps businesses and creators find and contact each other. We are not a party to any agreement between them.
  • Payments are not processed by CREATRA. Any fees, contracts, deliverables, usage rights and payment are agreed directly between the business and the creator, at their own risk.
  • We don't verify businesses, budgets or the outcome of projects. Use your own judgement before sharing files or starting work.

5. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the portfolio work, job briefs, files and messages you upload.
  • You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and share that content as needed to run CREATRA (for example, showing your published portfolio or delivering your messages). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons or in backups.
  • Only upload content you have the right to share. You're responsible for having the rights to any material, models, likenesses or prompts used to create AI work you publish.

6. Things you must not do

  • Post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit, hateful or harassing, or that depicts real people without consent.
  • Impersonate anyone, misrepresent your work or experience, or post fake jobs.
  • Spam, scam or harvest other users' details, or contact users for anything unrelated to creative work.
  • Interfere with the platform, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or access accounts that aren't yours.

Use the Report buttons on profiles, jobs and conversations to tell us about anything that breaks these rules.

7. Suspension and closing your account

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team (see the Support page).

8. Sample content

During early access some creators, work, reviews and jobs may be fictional samples that show how CREATRA works. They are always labelled as samples and are not real opportunities.

9. Liability

CREATRA is provided “as is” during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for dealings between businesses and creators. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest change on this page. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
