Check your spam or junk folder, and that you used the right address. Links expire after a while; you can request a new one from the log-in page.

How long does creator approval take?

A curator reviews every application by hand, and you'll get a notification when it's decided. Read how approval works.

How do payments work?

CREATRA doesn't process payments yet. Businesses and creators agree fees and payment directly.

How do I report a user, job or message?

Use the Report button on the creator's profile, the job page or the conversation. Reports go straight to our team.

How do I close my account or get a copy of my data?

Contact us from the email address on your account and we'll take care of it.
